This customer lived in a modular home, 16yrs old and wanted counter top and vanities redone. The surface was a combo of laminate with tile on front and back. Differant prep methods needed to be done to ensure uniformity with color.

After cleaning laminate was sanded with 180 grit and tile was etched with acid. Major repairs to tops had to be filled and seams caulked. Alot of taping off adjacent areas area to keep dust to a minimum. The color chosen was cliff in our new stonefleck that lays down better without the sanding.
