Customer had a pink tub reglazed 15 yrs ago and bottom had wore down (bottoms take the most abuse) also a pink sink in bath all the resin had wore off. All the steps to prep porcelin must be followed in order to have long term success.

The finish left on the tub was in good enough shape that we ran our test, and we didn't have to completely strip the areas that were good. In some cases a complete stripping of old finish is required, here,it was not. The Williams are having us back to do the pink tile around tub at a later date. All drains were removed which is mandatory in porcelin refinishing! After 36 hrs hardware may be put back on to allow for adequate drying time.
