This tub was in a home from the roaring twenties. The contractor had replaced the tile around the tub aand redid the floor then had us come in to top it off.

 We typically like to be last on a remodel so the dust is to a minimum and we cover vanities and other fixtures up. All the plumbing trim needs to be removed after using the 20 gal of water we need for all of our prep steps (5 critical steps)

Most often after completion, tubs can be used after 24hrs from glazing point!

Putting drain back you don't have to over tighten as it's not needed.
